Pros: It will make phone calls and take pictures, but not well.
Cons: Everything Mp3 don't work, can't download anything, slow and doesn't hold very much of anything.
Summary: I bought this phone from MetroPcs and have had nothing but problems with it. I cracked in my purse for no reason unless from normal summer heat. The phone will not download nothing and using the internet for just a few minutes eats the battery up. THERE IS NOTHING GOOD ABOUT THIS PHONE IT IS A TOTAL PIECE OF CRAP, I WOULDN'T GIVE TO MY WORST ENEMY.

Cons: had the phone for a year or so and the only problem is the speaker in it. 2 months after i got the phone the speaker quit working properly. it makes a horrible distorted sound now. have a few friends with this phone and it did the same thing to them

Pros: I did like the mp3 player and the sleekness and that all of the features were good
Cons: The fact that its so fragile. If I know of a total of 4 people in my little town that has just over 1000 people that have had the same problem with this phone there has to be thousands more over the country!!!!!!!!!
Summary: Bottom line is you pay good money for the phone....you expect it to last .... in all the situations I am aware of all phones were owned less than a year. I personally can guarantee that I did not drop the phone. I filpped it to take a pic and it snapped on the left side rendering it useless. I can't see a screen and I can hear it ring but can not hear anyone on the other end.
I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO ADD THAT WHEN I WAS IN METRO TO COMPLAIN FOR THE 3RD TIME THAT THERE WAS ANOTHER PERSON THERE WITH THE SAME PHONE, SAME PROBLEM, EXACT SAME SPOT FOR THE BREAK AND THE METRO REP ADVISED US BOTH THAT THE PHONE WAS NO LONGER BEING MADE. IIT WAS RELEASED JUST OVER A YEAR AGO. OBVIOUSLY W/ A SITUATION LIKE THIS ..... THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN A RECALL AND ALL OF US WHO GOT SUCKERED INTO $180 PURCHASE SHOULD BE REFUNDED OR AT LEAST COMPENSATED WITH NEW PHONES THAT ACTUALLY WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pros: Appearance, durability
Cons: Music player, inability to download ringtones, useless accesories, ext mem card gets scrambled
Summary: I've had the phone over a year, it's super-glued in one crack that occured recently but for the most part it's been pretty durable. Everytime I put music on the mini and put it in, it ends up evenutally getting scrambled/destroyed and I have to start over. The only thing the data link cable is good for is if my battery is low and I need to plug it into my laptop for a quick charge.
