Pros: Good voice quality.
Cons: Battery chargers don't work reliably. Sometimes they work if you shake the phone. At times they don't work at all. Same issue with the charger on the base station too.
Summary: Purchased a Panasonic KX TG6445T cordless phone system a few months ago (mid 2009). A month after the purchase, one of the handset chargers stopped working completely. A week later another charger went bad. Now three of them are completely dead and two work on and off. Unless they have released another version of the phone system with a fix for this problem, I would not buy it.

Pros: This is one of the very few if not the only one that has a 'Talking Caller ID' feature, which is quite useful on occasions.
Cons: I had the exact same problem as the reviewer 'gopireddyatcomcast' . The phone would lose contact with base station in the middle of a call or fail to charge fully. It is really flaky, totally not acceptable. Its not cheap either and one of the expensive
Summary: 3 of the 4 handsets dont work within a year of the purchase. This is a peice of crap, dont buy it.
