Pros: there are no pros, there would be if they would admit defected and help us instead of ignoring the defective product. Kodak, I am disabled and very limited income, what am I to do since I can't afford to replace something you that drives me crazy.
Cons: My mom and I both have one and we have never been able to get it to load the correctly since we bought it. Kodak could care less, no matter how many emails or live help we go thur it doesn't work, I just want to print pictures!! Please help, pleae
Summary: Kodak, please admit finally that there is something wrong with this printer and give us all a new one (not a G600) or even better our money back along with some more for all the frustration we have gone thur and the gas we spent going to the store to print the pictures that we couldn't print at home. I am tired of the frustration. What would be nice is if you fixed the problem and sent everyone that has one the fixed part. Do what is right kodak, please.
