"Sony Makes Digital Photography Easy For The Weekend Photo Warrior" on by Joshua Garfinkle
Pros: Beautiful Printouts (Better than professional photo developers), Fast, longlasting
Cons: Pretty consistent bad batches of Dye Sublimation packs, limited sizes
Summary: This is my second Sony dye sublimination printer. The first one just got old and overused. This one was much smaller, but same functionality. I love the print quality, the pictures look better than professional developing, and are about the same cost. The only bad thing is that I regularly end up with bad paper and roll packs that put a line somewhere on all the pictures printed from that pack.

"Just as expected. A+" on by AR278
Pros: Not Available
Cons: Not Available
Summary: I love everything about this printer. It's small, convenient and pic quality is perfect. I have a nikon camera and the pictbridge is very comfy to use (THAT MAKES UP FOR LOOKING AT THE T.V. TO CHOOSE YOUR PICS). Sony had a breakthrough, finally not just solely for a memory stick! They expanded their horizons and made other slots (SD, Compact Flash, etc) for other memory components. I am not looking back, this is a great product.

"Easy and quick with a sony memory stick" on by B.Revis
Pros: Memory cards, on tv cards, calenders, backgrounds etc.
Cons: No color screen need a tv; but does have a basic lcd screen
Summary: Turn off the default fine pic processing and prints come out more life like. The ease of pulling a memory card from my Sony T7 View on my Sony Grand Wega using memory slot. Then pop into the FP 50 printer is fun and easy. It does what it's supposed to; clean clear pictures; coated with a protective layer to protect against finger prints and water. The model FP 30 doesn't take memory cards and there is no on screen lcd read out. So you have to keep the cable handy to plug the camera into the printer using the pic bridge process. I prefer memory card from cam to tv to printer no cords and hassles. Thw FP 50 has made built in fun options: calander making; multiple styles. Back ground effects, print words on the picture. Plus other fun shapes the pics can be printed in. (Just plug the printer into a TV. I payed $200 off of sony style; payed a little more because of Sony trust. It's $70 to $50 more than the FP 30. But worth the extra cash for the above reasons. The FP 50 is the way to go with the bonus features! Enjoy you purchase. I paid 33 dollars and received it the next day. Love it! Great compatablity with Sony cameras and tvs that all use the Sony media cards. Let's here it for compatability. $44 for a pack of 80 blank prints. Enjoy the purchase I did!

"Awful Printer/Company.." on by Oakham
Pros: Didn't have a chance to find any
Cons: Does not support Apple (iMac) for PC's ONLY!
Summary: What was Sony thinking when they blatantly excluded Apple users from their products! I purchased this printer only to realize that it does not work with my iMac! What year is this!?!? I don't know what argument they have going with Apple, but get over it! I will never support another one of their products. -Just picked the D70 over the R1!
