Pros: Unknown????
Cons: Requires Admin rights to install Plug-in, other products also require this but you can install thier plug-ins in advance and test them from thier websites. You can't do that with gotomeeting

"failed us at a most critical time"
Pros: can't really say anything. features maybe
Cons: This software failed us at a critical time.
We set up a webinar and I was not be able to log in at the right time.
We had a lot of pissed off clients; I was just repeatedly taken to the FAQ page as I tried to log in.
