"VoIP quality is very poor."
Pros: Customizable interface
Cons: Very poor tech support
Summary: I attended a product demo on another Macromedia software product using Macromedia Breeze. The presenter had a very difficult time managing the chat messages and had to turn the feature off so we couldn't ask questions during the demo.
I was kicked out of the audio conference 4 times and the web portion locked up every few minutes. The only way to contact technical support was to hang up and dial a different number (which was nearly impossible to find on their web site). The techincal support person had no idea how to help me and had to go ask someone else several times to answer my questions. Ultimately, I wasn't able to rejoin the conference and they lost out on my business.
I've heard there have been some recent updates but I wouldn't risk it.

Your issues weren't with Breeze, they were with the presenter, the conference call, and the tech support. I use Breeze often and realize that the easier web conferencing gets on the software (read: Breeze) the more the emphasis gets placed on the presenter. If the presenter was bad, that's fine, but evaluate that seperate from the technology (it only makes you look bad to miss the distinction)
