  "Tool seems to be confusing"

  Pros: It is fast over WAN & ADSL too

  Cons: Well..............

  Summary: As i said the tool is confusing. Video doesnt work Sound also requires too much of bandwidth

  "Somewhat confusing interface and poor customer service."

  Pros: Lots of bells and whistles.

  Cons: Not very intuitive on how to access and use features.

  Summary: Live Meeting hasn't lived up to all of the hype. I liked the service better when it was Placeware and customer service has definitely suffered.
