"Some of you are not too smart"

by srednasttam on April 10, 2007

    Pros: 120GB, HDMI

    Cons: No 65nm pro.

Summary: Alright, I can't believe how stupid some of your "reviews" are. First of all, MS isn't aiming this product at current 360 owners. DUH. *** would they? They don't expect current owners to pony up more $$$.

Secondly, one of you completely left out the fact that the HDMI output is included. OMG it's only 1.2 and not 1.3? How dare they! Gimme a break. You clearly can't please everyone. If MS had released it with 1.3, people would complain about that. MS will always be this "evil" corporation that can do no right.

Lastly, who needs a 120GB HD? People who know that IPTV is being developed, that's who.

Your reviews are void if you're a fanboy. Make an objective review of the product, don't bash it purely to bash it. It's hilarious how anti-MS everyone is. Yet, if Apple does the same thing, it's OK.

It is too bad that if you ever want to upgrade the hard drive you cant. I like the elite alot but the ps3 has a standard 2.5" sata hard drive and as of right now you can go 320 gigs on it??

I like this website but honestly sometimes the quality of reviews from users or customers are very poor. If Xbox 360 does not includes HD DVD driver and requires an external "bulky adaptor" then Microsoft fails. Now Sony throws Playstation 3 with Blue Ray and charges over $200 more. Well, Sony was attacked by consumers and reviewers like CNET because of its high price. Then, what is the deal? Well, at least Microsoft gave you the choice.
You are rigth, the new console is not aimed to current customers but to attract new ones. People complain so much about Microsoft but they do not realize that without Windows most people will be having a hard time getting around a computer. Lets bring back DOS and see if they survive without the folders and all those neat things.
Xbox 360 is a great product, now with HDMI. Hopefully the new versions of Xbox 360 will come with 200 usb's so our friend at CNET can plug in the world :)

I CURRENTLY OWN AN XBOX360,ALSO HAVE A SAMSUNG DLP 61 INCH TV.BUT MY COMMENT FOR MS ELITE IS OK,I GUESS BUT ALL I WANT IS A HDMI CABLE SO I CAN RECEIVE 1080P,DO I HAVE TO BUY THE ELITE,IF SO THATS STUPID.BECAUSE MS SHOULD HAVE JUST MADE A HDMI THAT IS COMPATABLE WITH XBOX360,NOT CREATE A ELITE.JUST THINK THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN SMART.LOVE THE BIGGER HARD DRIVE.
