Pros Great 3D effect, significant graphics upgrade, comfortable grip, welcomed interface and controls
Cons Hurt my eyes just a little after a while.. but I turned it off and continued to enjoy the system.
Summary Disregard the review giving it a 1 1/2 stars out of five. What a joke. How are you going to review a system without having "had any hands on experience" and expect the fact that you've owned other Nintendo systems to suffice. Are you serious?
Anyway, I was surprised by this system. I mean, really surprised. It's one thing to hear about it, but it's another to experience it. I haven't purchased it but I played with it during the demo tours Nintendo is having. All I can say is, a review doesn't really do justice. I've read many reviews, but I wasn't overly excited. I was intrigued, but the whole 3D fanfare didn't translate well into writing.
Before you buy the system, try it out for yourself. Or take the opinion of someone who has tried it in person. Those are the best reviews in my opinion. It's an impressive system and I can't wait to see how developers are going to take advantage of the hardware.
Pros Streetpass and Spotpass bring in plenty of new stuff regularly.
Great games available.
3D effect is great for games and makes them nicer to play.
Can record 3D video and take 3D pictures.
Can playback songs put on the SD card.
Cons Short battery life.
Camera is a little low quality.
No true multitasking.
Summary Overall, this is easily the best console I have ever used as well as the most fun. Everyday I enjoy using it and I always get excited when I see that I received streetpass data. A great console that I recommend to everyone.

Pros Better Graphics
System Wide Friend Code
Analog Slidepad works great
Friend lists, messaging, online gaming, e-shops, etc.... make this the complete, definitive hand held gaming platform. Oh, and the 3D looks flippin' awesome too
Cons None. 3DS is a killer peice of gaming hardware at an amazing price.
Summary The main topic of the 3DS is always the 3D. However, 3D is just ONE of the slew of features and upgrades this amazing little machine offers. The slidepad works great, the processing power is impressive, it's online features are fleshed out and the software coming down the pipe has been top notch. 3DS is the real deal, and it is NOT a kiddy machine. 3D or NOT, the 3DS offers a fantastic gaming experience at a super low entry cost. Grab a few, and hook em up!
Pros Good graphics, 3D ACTUALLY works, great games on the market.
Cons Sometimes it might feel awkward putting it in your pocket
Summary If you're looking for a new console pick the Nintendo 3DS. With every passing second new things are added and you might even find some nostalgic game wether they're in the eShop or on the market the 3DS is well worth its price at $170.
Final verdict: 5/5 with the title of: Now THAT is what I'm talking about! :)
