Summary: I bought my 3DS for 124$ at Gamestop. It was the brand new Super Mario Bundle. At first I was a bit skeptical, but decided to buy it since I needed to upgrade from my DS lite. Once I bought it, I decided to buy a Nyko batter pack for it at Best Buy for 10$ so that I'd have more playing time. Once I opened the 3DS, I was surprised. It's looked awesome, felt sturdy (Compared to my DS lite) and it was really glossy. The set up was easy, it practically walks you through wifi set up and more. I messed around with it for about 2 maybe 3 hours. The battery was charged halfway, and after messing around with it for 2 hours, it remained the same-note that I had full 3D on, wifi, Spotpass feature, and full brightness on. I was surprised with it's standard battery. So, I guess most Unit batteries are faulty, however mine worked perfectly fine. Either way, I had bought the Nyko battery, and I decided to swap it with the standard battery. The results were about the same. I can go a whole day with every feature full blast on, and still have somewhat sufficient amount of battery power left on my unit. I'm extremely satisfied with my Nintendo 3DS. Yea it doesn't play Youtube videos, but I'm guessing that maybe with the Video Recording update on November 30th, the unit will be able to play them, if not, we still get an update that allows us to record videos in 3D. The camera's resolution is 0.3 megapixels, but, it's not as bad as it seems. They're crisp sharp, but they're view-able and enjoyable. If you want to add pictures to the SD card to view on your 3DS, you have to re-size them to 640x480, and convert them to a JPEG. After that, you have to change the name to one that the system can recognize; change the picture name to one that fits this code: HNI_00XX. Replace the "XX's" with a number from 1-99 and you're good to go. The unit is amazing, definitely hands down the BEST portable product that Nintendo has created.
