"Powerful, backwords compatibility, not made by Microsoft!"
Pros: Extemely powerful graphics, HD-DVD
Cons: Price?? There comes a point where you have to say there is a limit to what you will spend
Summary: The PS3 looks to be a very visually appealing system, with more than enough power for the demand game player. The price for game systems are creeping up and you have to wonder when joe consumer is going to say that is too much $$.
Next you look at the new games, these are getting close to real life. The next qustion is if there is so much concentration to looks, will gameplay suffer? Also what about the price of games inching higher and higher!
If anyone is going to be #1 I think Sony will be the company to be it. Microsoft is Microsoft and I don't like the amount of control they would gain in our homes if they were #1. Also they can not live off the Halo franchise forever...

Thats about how I view them, the umbrella corp. off of the first resident evil movie.
I have to agree about Microsoft taking control of everything. It just reminds me of Resident Evil
