Pros: Stunning video quality output, awesome sound, gaming experience, wifi, almost everything except it stopped reading game, blu-ray and dvd discs.
Cons: stopped reading any discs(after 8 mo), some blu-ray disc are slow to load (when it was working) and cannot use any other universal programmable remote (like Logitech Harmony) except its PS3 remote that you to buy separately. Customer support sucks!!!
Summary: To elaborate my experience with the sony's customer service, I have to call them to walk me thru how to fix it(not reading discs) if possible (which didn't happen), then ask me to send it to them to repair it but they have to send first the pre-posted packaging box(they told me that it will arrive in 3-5 days). And then they offered me the 2yr extended warranty for $60, so I took it. After 8 days, nothing arrived yet. I called them again and it took me 15 minutes before I can talk to a person and just to be hanged up after talking to them for only 2 minutes. So I called again (another 15 minutes) and just to be told that they JUST SHIPPED the box. So I said to myself, why did I even purchase the extended warranty to get this kind of service. So I have the extended warranty cancelled and refunded $60 which will be credited back to my credit card in 2 months (oh, come on!!!). So, as of now that was 4 days ago still no packaging box just to send my PS3 for repair.
