    Pros: More portable, screen is great, comfortable for small hands, cool alarm clock feature, has built-in memory, pause feature.

    Cons: Controls a bit uncomfortable, NO UMD SLOT!!!

    Summary: It all depends on how you plan on getting your media. If you're going to be buying UMDs all the time, get the 2000 or the 3000. If you buy all your games via the Playstation Store, this is a very useful system.
