The Bottom Line	The 2008 Mercedes-Benz CLK550 Cabriolet, while very enjoyable to drive, suffers from older cabin electronics. It has more than enough power and good performance characteristics, but for this kind of money, we would get something more up-to-date.	The 2009 Mercedes-Benz SL550 is a big, expensive roadster with some nice aesthetic touches. It has practical features here and there, but this car is more about the statement it makes when you roll up to a restaurant or movie premiere.	People who appreciate fine engineering will find much to love in the 2007 BMW 335i Convertible's power train. The stereo and navigation system are good, while cell phone integration is excellent. But it's not the most practical car for moving people and luggage.	The 2007 Mercedes-Benz SL550 combines performance, technology, and luxury in respective measure, although it struggles to justify its $100,000 price tag.	As a toy for the wealthy, the 2009 Mercedes-Benz SLK350 scores, offering a well-balanced, fun drive, but you will have to ship luggage separately for road trips. Good cabin tech is available, but it adds up to a costly bundle.
