The Bottom Line	With its fantastic performance, the 2008 Porsche 911 Carrera 4S Cabriolet works best as a track car or a weekend cruiser on mountain roads with the top down. Its mediocre cabin electronics reduce its comfort and convenience for everyday driving.	If you want and can afford an Aston Martin DB9, you will probably get one, no matter what anyone else says. But it's nice to know that the cabin electronics are modern enough for cell phones and iPods.	The 2009 Mercedes-Benz SL550 is a big, expensive roadster with some nice aesthetic touches. It has practical features here and there, but this car is more about the statement it makes when you roll up to a restaurant or movie premiere.	The 2008 BMW M3 Convertible delivers an exceptional driving experience. The M3's double-clutch transmission and cabin tech are first rate, but options quickly jack up the base price.	The 2010 BMW Z4 sDrive35i delivers incredible driving performance while incorporating practical cabin gadgets to inform and entertain.
