"C|NET takes a bribe from Porsche"
Pros: the Porsche name
Cons: Bose; electronics;
Summary: How can a Bose audio system be an upgrade? Bose is horrible: B-uy O-ther S-ound E-quipment.
Subpar electronics and CNET gives it an excellent rating? Looks like Porsche gave enough advertisement dollars to CNET to warrant this biased review (I see THREE porsche ads in the advertisement box above as I type this review; this is no coincidence.)

Its a car built for performance, when you drive competitively (I'll assume you ride a Ducati from the screen name) you could care less what sound equipment you have installed. If you have enough money to buy the car new- then you probibly have enough to buy some nice Alpine equipment. You should try a Hayabusa, they work out a little better, and make Ducati's feel slow and uncomfortable.

Ripping on a car because its sound system is supposedly breathed over by Bose? That's your only excuse? Obviously you do not GET sports cars. I even find it hard to believe that you'd even get the point of a sports bike, if your member name is to be believed.
I'd be the first to admit that I have a Porsche bias, though I likely will always prefer the air-cooled era over the water-cooled of today. And I despise Bose as an audio ***** as much as any other arrogant audio snob, but Porsches have NEVER been about their radios. If that's your only excuse for your rating, then it's pretty clear that you've never been IN a Porsche, let alone driven one.
