"Another Abyssmal Review"
Pros: Sure, it's a great car
Cons: Sixteen thousand dollars of electronics better be good!
Summary: I have two huge problems with this review.
First, you add almost sixteen THOUSAND dollars of electronics to the car. That's enough for more than a merely upgraded Bose sound system, my friend. For that price, the car should park itself!
Second, despite the fact that the overpriced electronics are still NOT that great, as one could argue they should be, the car still gets a fantastic review. Why? Because suddenly we're not focused on tech anymore.
What gives, CNET? Your car reviews are the weakest link in your overall package. They are little more than an excuse for an overpaid editor to tool around the streets of northern CA. May these editors be the first to be let go when the recession hits you.
If you are going to persist with this ludicrous set of reviews, at least try and factor in VALUE FOR MONEY. You manage to do that in all your other reviews. Why not for cars, too?

I agree w/ royauty's post. How can a Bose audio system be an upgrade? Bose is horrible: B-uy O-ther S-ound E-quipment.
Subpar electronics and CNET gives it an excellent rating? Looks like Porsche gave enough advertisement dollars to CNET to warrant this biased review (I see THREE porsche ads in the advertisement box above as I type this review; this is no coincidence.)
