2010 Lexus IS 350 C

Pros: Exudes quality and the options bring it right alongside even the most expensive CCs (Coupe/Convertible). Trunk space (roof down) DOES take two sets of golf clubs. Compare that with the G37! Or the SLK or SL.
Economy of the 250 is worth having.

Cons: Not a lot to complain about, for the price. Early depreciation is heavy just as with most CCs so buy used after a year or so.
Could offer more colour schemes and a full size spare wheel!

Summary: Overall, a well specified and exceptionally refined multi purpose vehicle. My experience of Lexus service has been exemplary but I am sure there will be rogue dealerships around......as with everything in life!
Economy is pretty good with the 250 and performance, using the dash preformance switch with the column paddles and the last inch of gas pedal, can be rewarding.
You pay for the 350 performance at the pumps, but for some it is a worthwhile 'extra'. The upcoming hybrid should satisfy us all!
The options of pro active cruise control and auto brake action, ceratainly have their place and already similar additions are being recognised by Insurance companies.
The IS250C is, for me, a huge improvement over the SC430.
It will do, for now.
