Summary I bought this phone "refurbished" it was in new condition in the box and all but the sound quality and reception distance was very poor. The phone had a delayed echo and sounded like you were on a cell phone with poor recpetion. I returned it for a replacement and it was exactly the same. The sound was so bad we could not stand using it for more than one day and had to unplug it.
