Pros: i have had he phone for a few months now and have been very satisfyed with the product. it does everything it says it is supposed to do
Cons: with the energizer nimh batts in service i have no cons to add. don't even bother with the provided batterys.
Summary: this phone does everything i expect of it plus the call block feature is a great feature but i don't think the telemarketers like it so much. also i can pick up any of the three handsets and make any adjustments i need and all of the headsets are also set. start out with namebrand aaa batts. you will have 850 to 900 mah capacity instead of the 600 provided in the box and a better operating system.

Pros: IT PLUGS IN
Cons: it cuts off (drops the call) at any time. If you try to put it on mute, it loses power and the call. It does not hold a charge. Customer service only will replace it with the same model. Bad company policies. Non-domestic customer service.
Summary: DON'T BUY THIS PHONE OR ANY PANASONIC PRODUCT. THEY DO NOT CARE IF THEY WORK
