Pros: Clear sound. Decent range. Great price
Cons: Awkward navigation through menus. The ringer isn't very loud, and is difficult to hear if anything else is going on.
Summary: For what I intended this phone for, it is perfect. I needed a phone to carry around my property to make and receive calls without being afraid of the financial loss if it was dropped or damaged. So far, so good. I have yet to find anyplace on my 3 acre property that the phone doesn't work. Sometimes as far away as 500-600 fr from the base unit. Mine doesn't have the digital answering system,but I didn't want it,either, as I have voicemail through my phone provider.
