"Phone is sleek and high-tech looking"
Pros: New design, light weight, each handset has speaker phone, nice handset to headset intercom feature, no interference.
Cons: Cheap slippery feel, not enough ring tones
Summary: Pickup the phone from costco recently for $99., which includes the base and 3 handsets. The phone is quick to setup, has nice features. Answering machine is also simple to use, if you need it these days. What I am understanding is the phone uses the 1.9 GHz band (used in europe) DECT standard, which avoids interference as seen in th 900 MHz, 2.4 GHz, and 5.8 GHz bands. Not really sure how true that is, but I do notice when using the phone my party sounds extremely clear and that's using it around the house. I have yet to test it outside at some distance. Overall, I like the phone and have not regrets.
