Summary: I had this phone for about 2 years then I just recently switched over to the LS6475-3. I remember when I had this phone for the first time, I was so excited because I have never seen such a nice looking phone or cell phone. The features were great although not complete with all of the features available at that time but it was good enough for that price. after 2 years in, everything still worked fine although the battery life did decrease, but that's really what happens with any rechargeable battery. I switched over to the LS6475 really because I wanted an upgrade and because this new model came with a headset fit with a earpiece hook. Cheers.

Summary: i dunno what opinionsbyme was talking about. but i've been using this for a long time and haven't had any problems with them. Well the problem i have with them are the fingerprint smudges but everything shiny and glossy has that.

Pros: Sleek looking
Cons: Short battery life. One handset (no.2) doesn't charge. Disconnects if the speaker key is pressed, and then doesn't charge. Cannot check msg from handset. Poor cheap design.
Summary: Will NOT buy for looks again, trust your gut instinct to stay away from Vtech.
