| The Bottom Line | The 5831 falls a tad behind other 5.8GHz phones but not by much. | Panasonic's KX-TG6400 cordless phone series isn't the slickest-looking DECT 6.0 system available, but the phones are solid performers with attractive feature sets--particularly the higher-end models. | VTech's LS6225/LS6215 series may not have quite the range--or the features list--of some Panasonic models, but it's very stylish looking and affordably priced. | Panasonic's excellent KX-TG7400 series of DECT 6.0 cordless phones one-ups the company's highly rated 6400 series with the notable addition of a larger 2.1-inch screen and "Choice Mail" (a form of visual voice mail) to its impressive feature set. | |
