"This is a modern GLC (Great Little Car)"
Pros: Quick 5-speed sequential paddle-shift auto/manual
Cons: Haven't found one, except I have a hard time getting it away from the Wife.
Summary: As my wife says, "The handling is as good as her Mercedes-Benz SLK". I love the quick steering response; drive by wire throttle; and the great match between high-tech VTECH engine and 5-speed Automatic/Sequential manual shifter. This is a perky car that has no trouble in doing more than just keeping up with the traffic, both in town and out on the road.. Of course the 32+ mpg is nice too.. Love the car, seats are easy to arrange into numerous configurations. Very comfortable even for my 6'2" body.

Not everyone will enjoy the taunt ride of the fit. But it still hands very well when fully loaded with four LARGE adults

We just bought the car and for an econobox, it is an amazing vehicle.
The CNET reviewer needs to assess the car for what it is - an inexpensive (by today's standards) econobox.
That's why a well known auto magazine put it on it's top 10 list and awarded it the number 1 econobox in a shootout between 7 different models.
It's rating should be at least 8.
