2008 Honda Fit Sport

Pros: Space, nice interior, good stereo.

Cons: floor carpeting needs work, and having to insert your own floor hooks is asinine

Summary: My previous car before my 08 Fit Sport was a Nissan Sentra 07, which was a trade in for my 04 Nissan 350z. My Sentra was totaled by a speeding motorcyclist. Which is where my Fit came from. I DO NOT CONSIDER the Honda Fit a sports car.. hell it isn't even listed as one.. Its listed under sub-compact cars. When comparing vehicles you need to take into consideration the vehicle type.. This is one thing Cnet did wrong.. This is NOT a luxury vehicle. It isn't a common sedan, it isn't a SUV, or even a truck. Its a quasi Euro vehicle. (the Yaris is more fitting the bill for Euro look) (Although my taste was for the Smart Car.. but they only come in standard, so far) I test drove a Yaris and a Hyundai Accent, I checked my financing options, I went through word of mouth, I did comparing of the Yaris (Toyota) and Accent (Hyundai). In the end I went with my third choice for finance options, and better deal, as well as fuel economy. The Yaris and Accent post better fuel economies, but if you look at their interiors, the best one out of all of them is the Honda Fit. What I did not like about the Fit was the cheap floor carpeting. Also, having to put in your own hooks for the floor mats was also a turn-off for me. But so far I like it. Although I enjoyed my Sentra better for the interior, the Fit is pretty nice for the price range. About the stereo, its better than the Sentra's in car stereo :P
