Pros: The car is fast with a good driver. Shifting at 7000 is ridiculously low considering the power starts to really rush in at that point. It must be taken to 9000. Handling is spectacular along with a precise gearbox and brakes as good as exotics.

Cons: The car has no torque (but it doesn't matter if you're shifting properly and in the right gear). It drink gas and loves a quart of oil per month.

Summary: Besides the fact that the engine is not a "Wankel" and the engine is not a Re-knee-ses but a Renesis as in a play on words for RE = Rotary Engine and Genesis, the car is for a specific audience. Design is amazing along with the uniqueness of having a rotary engine. MPG also increases as the car ages due to the engine losing friction from wear. After 10k miles, expect high teens to 22mpg as EPA suggests.
