"Outstanding, Practical sports car"
on by ScottDSmithPros Acceleration, styling and fun
Cons Visibility
Summary Great sports car with all the sports car quirks you'd expect of higher end cars like Porsche or BMW. In fact, I drove a BMW Z4 and didn't like it anywhere near as much as this Z. I'm pleased that this vehicle has shed all the weight and evolved into a real 21st century sports car with reasonable gas mileage for the everyday commute but power to spare when called upon.
Sure, I'm older now and can actually afford to buy a Porsche 911 but it simply did not make sense once I drove the 370Z. I bought the base car, automatic 7 speed, with sports package. I then purchased a great stereo system to upgrade it from Crutchfield online and I have a very satisfying performance car that doesn't break the bank. I also swapped out the original equipment summer rated tires for new Continental DWS, 50k miles rated, all season performance rubber. OK, not exactly the same ride but 90% of it and with the Ohio weather....well worth it.
In short, I love my car and so does everyone else it would appear as I'm constantly asked about it when I stop for coffee or gas. Pretty in red...what can I say? -

"love the steering-ride-and sound system"
on by mamamorganPros the ability to stop and turn on a dime! Great control.
Cons ground noises-tend to be loud--like airplane ride, BUT can easily drowned out by sound system though!
Summary Love the car, looks and rides GREAT! and it is fun to drive--can't be beat for the price

"Paddle shifters are MODERN"
on by rac921Pros Great shape and Japanese build makes it more reliable than stuff from Europe or America. Nissan's warbling exhaust note is custom tailored for a 16 year old's ear though.
Cons Paddle shifters are good enough for Ferrari - so it's good enough for me.
Summary Only ancient car editors still whine about stick shifting being a plus - when the paddles outdo a stick every time, give you faster and more precise control and can possibly even be remapped through electronics to have different shift points!
