Pros Raw performance
M3 parts bin parts
Excellent N54 motor
Driving dynamics and feel
A true raw M car that doesn't rely too much on computer aids
Six speed manual gearbox only
Straight forward interior
Cons Ride a little firm
Tight back seat
Looks a little funny
Rarity which can make car price cost up to double it's MSRP
Summary If I had the money this would be my choice for a daily driver. fun to play with, compact, and relatively frugal. Not too many electronannies to worry about. Probably the last truly raw M car. It has M3 performance for a lower, if you can find one lower that is, price. Ride my bit a little firm but what do you expect for a short wheelbase and sport suspension? The manual only option just shows that BMw made this out to be a pure enthusiast car.
"Awful value"on by Awesomebase
Pros BMW label.
Cons Just about anything else is better for the $$$
Summary Can't believe that a Camaro SS is actually $16K cheaper than this... even the Lexus IS is way cheaper... there are a plethora of sports cars with a) more power, b) more room, and c) considerably less money than this. This has to take the cake on absolute ridiculousness...
Pros Everyone will know you have the money to waste.
Cons Everyone will know you have the money to waste.
Summary Give 10k more and buy an M3, the real one.
