"I own a 2010 GT500 Convertible and do drive it daily!"
on by jlitzGT500Pros Power, handles great overall. It is comfortable. Radio does sound good.
Cons Yes the rear will hop a little if you encounter a bump on a turn but the traction control works VERY well. My biggest comlaint is no built in homelink for the garage door. That was just stupid. Carbon fiber clutch pack in rearend whine around turn
Summary The 2011 is supposed to be better than mine and mine is fast and it does handle very well. The radio is great for a factory system. EPA said 14mpg in town. I found I could get 13.5 in town no matter how I drove it so I enjoy the car. Yes the ride is stiff but not that bad. Braking is far better than you usually hear because the 2010/11's brake better than the 2009 and previous. The radio isn't bad for a factory system. I have the navigation system and the subwoofer in the trunk wasn't available with it. I wish it had been. I can't believe it didn't come with homelink. But the nav system is very good. I believe this is a legal issue but I wish it would recognize that a passenger was in the car and allow address entries while driving. Voice control works well too.
Everyone loves the car. My brother had a BMW Z4 coup. He says my GT500 would blow it away and it would, I drove his BMW. Yes the beamer got great mileage all the time but I knew what the mileage was when I bought the car. On the highway at 65 or so I can get better than EPA rating but what is one or two miles per gallon really? I enjoy the car immensly overall. If I could change anything it would be the nav system issue I mentioned, have the subwoofer in the trunk, definitely add homelink and have the car wash itself. And as for running out the RPM's, you can red line it in every gear if you want without going too far over the speed limit.
And yes, I smoke Priuses whenever I get the chance. Why? Because I can. -
"Interesting review of a performance vehicle"
on by deeceePros Great performance
Cons A review with emphasis on ride quality and gas economy?
Summary Anyone who's buying a Mustang, much less the Shelby GT version has performance as the highest priority with ride quality taking a "complete backseat", and fuel economy as "you get what you get". I don't understand how a review can be written on a performance vehicle in the tone of rough ride quality and poor fuel economy.. Physics tends to have a habit to getting into everything.

Cons There are no cons its a Muscle Car DUH!!!!
Summary This car is awsome American Legend, Anybody notice how CNET is biased towards anything toyota or apple iphone, i'm just sayin, anyone who cant tell the diff between valve covers and headers should not be reviewing cars, also if your buying this 30 mpg is not something you aspire to. The Muscle Car LIVES.

"Your review staff is a bunch of earth-hugging hippies"
on by bconley2384Pros An All-American muscle car that doesn't have to listen to the Hippy that wrote this review
Cons Having a reviewer with the DB name of Wayne Cunningham, talk about how the ride quality and fuel economy in this article.
Summary YOU'RE BUYING A MUSCLE CAR!!!!! Of course its going to have a crappy MPG and ride, but that isn't why you buy it. You buy it because you can destroy the Prius that pulls up next to you at a red light.
Save your fluffy, hug-the-earth reviews for cars that actually are marketed as "green vehicles". Stop trying to make every car seem like it is killing the earth because it doesn't run on fairy-dust and Popsicles.
