"Great mix of economy, quality, handling, luxury, safety"4.0 starson by jeffsimp
Pros: Versatile layout, excellent handling, proven hybrid technology, love being able to stream Pandora from my Atrix through the Bluetooth audio, great Lexus service, cabin layout, quality materials, unique look, low price for a premium brand, 10k mile oil cha
Cons: would be willing to give up a few mpg for a little more power (CT250h maybe?), would like manual transmission ( I know, not likely in a Lexus), when you have the universal device holder in place it blocks tuning knob on sound system and heated seat contro
Summary: I've always been impressed by Lexus standards of quality and durability, but this is the first one to push enough of my buttons to make me buy it. I love the fact it blends economy and good handling. It is not as focused on performance as a BMW or as economical as a Prius, but I feel like it is an outstanding compromise. I bought the premium model with a sunroof and heated seats, but no other major options. The Nuluxe synthetic leather looks and feels great and I believe will wear better than real leather. I'm not the most environmentally conscious guy around, but I like the fact Lexus is using some plant-based plastics that are more Earth friendly. Any car made is a compromise in one way or another, and I feel Lexus put a good mix together.
