"The 2012 Impreza redefines the compact segment."
4.5 starson by justweissPros: Symmetrical All-wheel Drive, Safety, Highest re-sale value in the industry, 36MPG, High Quality materials compared to other vehicle in this segment/price range. Tremendous value.
Cons: Hard to find.
Summary: I custom ordered my 2012 Impreza Sport Limited back in Sept. I have been driving it for just over a month and I absolutely LOVE it. The Impreza reviewed by Cnet is a SPORT PREMIUM and NOT a Sport Limited. The Sport Limited has a nicer audio system with a 4.3" display, making browsing your files pretty easy, unlike what the CNET reviewer said.
I have had the honor of testing the all-new 2012 Impreza against the competitor vehicles at Miller Motorsports Park. The Impreza easily out-brakes the Honda Civic (by over 5 feet in dry conditions, 3 feet in wet conditions) The Impreza handles better and holds more G-force mid-corner than the Mazda3. The Impreza has a more impressive list of standard features than any other vehcile in this segment. Driving in snow and ice is impossible with any other vehicle in this segment. Like all Subaru models, the all-new 2012 Impreza handles snow like a monkey handles a peanut.
