    "I have had this problem before"

    Pros: I have a TFT 5017 Compaq Flat Panel Monitor and have had the monitor replaced 2 times. it seems to be something with 60hz and the rez 1024x768 staying of these seems to stop the problem. Another fix would be to replace the graphics card and/or monitor to
