"Amazingly un-intuitive, sloppy, interface."
Pros: It beats using a pen and scratch-paper (sometimes).
Cons: Lacks functionality-|-Hard to configure-|-Limited options-|-Slooow.
Summary: One gets the feeling that designer of this software was self-taught on how to program without ever having used a PC before.

"A perfectly good product gone bad"
Pros: good history and pipeline reports
Cons: slow, poor networking and poor synchronizing.

Pros: ACT 2.0 was a great piece of software
Cons: This is not a product you want to purchase
