Terrible Tech Support
Pros: This is a very good product when it is working.
Cons: If you have problems you are out of luck. Takes forever to reach live support, it's in India, poor language skills and they have been trained to deflect responsibility to anyone and everyone. They are paid to argue and not to provide any real help.
Review: Would advise other to never buy this product as the support is horrible. They are only interested in sales and will leave you high and dry. Look elsewhere for a reputable company who will support their product.

Nice, but limited
Pros: 3D viewer in extended version, and media player
Cons: Only works on Windows- limits the real power users
Review: Just when many businesses, colleges, and individuals are upgrading from the Windows world to the Mac OS X, Adobe stumbles by limiting Adobe Reader to the lowest denominator. Most of the power users in the areas we work with, and the majority of users of Adobe Reader in our environment have upgraded to OS X, so this really is a non-issue until Adobe releases a version for advanced operating systems.
