Bot software at Best Buy: Installation disk error: When I called teck support I waited more then 30 minutes on hold. Then, teck support tells me it is a "known problem". They offer to send me a "link" and I can fill out a form and they'll send me a replacement in 2 weeks. Instead of recalling the product, the company knowingly leaves defective disks on the shelves. Nothing worse than making a purchase and having it fail right out the box. If I wanted wait two weeks,I would have ordered via internet/mail! It's just disrespectful and even dishonest to knowingly leave a product that doesn't work on the store shelf!.
