Ion-powered Netbooks

The outlook: Lenovo's 12-inch IdeaPad S12 was the first to promise the inclusion of the Nvidia Ion processor, a low-power GPU that will add much-needed graphical kick to Atom-powered Netbooks. While these were initially expected in August, look for these turbocharged Netbooks to launch alongside Windows 7 this October.
