"You might as well flush your money down the toilet!"
Summary: Don't get sucked in! Spend the extra $500 or so more for a Dell or a Gateway. I had problems with my ABS almost immediately after waiting three weeks to receive it. I had to use the restoration disk within the first week and within a week and a half, I had to ship it back for repairs after my system kept crashing. They (supposedly) replaced the CPU in my brand new computer and when I received it back two weeks later, it was exactly the same! Tech support is merely adequate if you are willing to hold forever before speaking with someone who instructs you to do exactly what you've already tried prior to calling them. I gave them a chance to ship a new one out to me, but they were not willing to work with me. Now, after already having paid shipping and handling to receive this worthless piece of #$&%@ which I paid $2,700 for, they refuse to refund my shipping or cover the cost of shipping this computer back - even though they sent me a faulty computer - twice!! To all potential consumers: Don't waste your time, money and most importantly, your sanity by purchasing anything from ABS.
