Pros Your friends will be impressed; you might like plasticy alien head cases
Cons "Big bang for your buck" try "big bang to your wallet" For $6 grand, there's no excuse for it's lack luster performance
Summary The 6800GT version of this PC scores 4,500 3dmarks (in 3dmark05) whereas my A64 3700+ @ 2.48GHz and x800XL scores 5,550. Only reason to go Alienware is to impress friends/yourself with a plastic alienhead case. I know I wouldn't take pride in dumping $6k on a system like that.

Pros looks good
Cons won't even play doom 3
Summary don't waste your money. tech support and customer service are low class. parts are low end. the benchmark test are very low for a top dollar buy. can't even return this piece of pricey garbage because of loopholes in sales contract.
Pros When I first looked at the specs, I shuddered when I saw only a 36GB HDD in it. When you go into the full specs, I sighed with relief. The 36GB is a 10000rpm. It makes up with extra space on a second much larger HDD.
Cons Hard drives are RAID. I'm not a fan of RAID.

Cons Well, the price, but if you are looking at this computer as a possible buy, I expect that you have the money to haggle with an ebay seller :)

Pros you want to rate it.... order one, I did.(I opted for the 74 gig hd's).I bought this pc for the support..they answer in 2 rings, can't say that for compaq, sony, or HP, systems I previously owned. My build tech called and talked to me extensivly about exac
Cons nail biting wait for your new super computer, good things come to those who wait.-- Ass clowns who insist you should build your own ($4200 in parts from newegg).I have better thing to do than pretend to be an IT pro, thats how they make their money. Is it
