Pros: The case is nice. Pretty lights.

Cons: The machine is a piece of crap. Mine was delivered 10/24. 11/8 was my first service call. After reinstalling drivers, rolling back drivers, replacing graphics cards, power supply, motherboard, i'm left with a $3000 brick. Support is terrible.

Summary: When this company was pre-Dell the machines were great and the support was awesome. Now that it's Dell the support is the constant loop of tricks you have to jump through. They make you do step 1 then step 2 then step 3 then they hang up on you, break promises, and ignore you until (they hope) you're so frustrated that you go away. The best thing i can suggest about this line of computers, and now Dell in general, is to stay away. Avoid at all costs. You will be sorry unless you have a serious backup machine you can rely on.
