Pros: The case looks nice and its test scores are awesome.

Cons: Where do I start. The system is full of bugs. They give you McAfee antivirus that isn't supposed to work. Its a scam where you have to pay 100s every week to keep your computer going.

Summary: You know the scam were you get screen saying a virus has been detected and if you want to get rid of it you have to pay them. That's way Alienware does. You pay them $100s to fix it and they use some cheap software they download from the net and don't even pay for. Then they try to sell you System Mechanic for 100s more. The computer will never work for more then a few hours. Do not buy this computer or have anything to do with DELL.
