Pros Minimalist package, fast, efficient. Never having to wait for the machine to make up its confused little mind.
Cons A little more expensive than the PC that I might have purchased if I had not thought better of it. I'm not in love with the mouse.
Summary I don't think I have ever been more pleased with a product that I have purchased, not ever. This computer is fantastic for my needs. This is my first Apple since the Apple IIe. I used macs in school for graphics and web work but they were never a practical solution for me at home. Now there is no reason not to have one. I purchased from MacMall (not exactly a pleasant experience but I got what i wanted for a fair price) with Parallels pre installed on Win XP home, also upgraded to 4gigs ram which I am glad I did. I also sprung for the airport express which I am very happy with as well. The majority of my home computer use is web surfing, email, photo editing, itunes, and netflix. The imac has a bigger screen than my TV and it works better than my Dvd player. I have not had one single glitch or moment where the computer would not do what I asked it to in the 30 days that I have been using it, I can't say that for any PC I have ever used. The bottom line is that this computer is more versatile and reliable than anything I have ever used. I love the keyboard and the speakers sound great for what they are. As a musician and photographer I am actually quite impresses with garage band and iphoto. They do high quality work without much learning curve. I feel very confident in giving this computer a perfect 10 rating.
Pros Small footprint, fast, quite, and can crunch through video
Cons Larger RAM capacity and ability to upgrade video memory
Summary I would recommend this system to just about anyone. I have been cutting film with a Dual 2ghz G5. I am able to do quite a bit on this little machine. It handles Final Cut Pro well and encoding is quite nice.
There are complaints on the 20" screen being of less quality...I would ignore most of them. This is a solid all around machine.

Pros Easy to Use, Fast, iLife is fun, Everything I want
Cons Havent found any yet
Summary I bought this computer as a step up from my IBM Laptop. It was my first time ever buying a Mac. I fell in love with it in the store and everyday I find more things I like about it. I loved how easy it was to go from a PC to a Mac and I believe from now on it will be nothing but Macs for me.

Pros Stable OS
Many many more
Cons no cons are available
Summary Buy it, you won't regret it!
Pros same as above , it seems to not crash at all the OS that is. loads fast due to 2gb ram and all the stuff that make it an imac, awesome software, garge band, imovie, idvd, photobooth. ease of use my 7 year old son has learned most. so much more.
Cons sharp edges everywhere, wired keyboard, imac, youll need to be careful when cleaning! mightymouse has a learning curve the right click will take a bit to master on my set up. these are very minor though, the whole system and OS work fine.
Summary I like the imac's ease of use. I came from years of windows tyrrany, and each time i didnt have the kind of wow affect as with apples os. i used low end to medium end computers with the windows, and still nothing cae as close as this one. My children love the abundant software that is installed. We have a whole lot of fun, and that is one reason I enjoy the iMac and the Leopard OS. As for the iMac itself, I am in no way capable of giving you an expert opinion on what is or isn't included on it, but I can honestly say that for a person with medium experience, this one is worth the money. Again I never had any problems while owning this product, as far as I can tell. it is a pain when certain windows programs needed, wont work, but I feel so it will be fixed, as with parallels.
