Pros: This is an extremely flexible unit for home use. It replaces my 2007 2.4 GHz iMac and is an improvement of that great little system. Mac user since 1990 and this is the best one I've had.

Pros: - Mac OS is lightyears ahead of Windows; the user experience is intuitive
- a 20" screen is large enough for us
- my 9 month old son has thrown around the (wireless) keyboard and mouse; so far, they seem very durable
- AppleCare is wonderful!!!Cons: - It doesn't come preinstalled with MS Office (I know, it's not a great "con" but it's all I can come up with!)
