Apple iMac (20-inch, 2.4GHz)

Pros: The I Mac does most of the thinking for you. It is so easy to use and the creative options are endless. I have been using it for 1 month and just love it.

Cons: I like word better than pages, but it is possible, and quite easy to move word documents over to pages, which I have started to do. Incorporating photographs into documents is just fantastic and a child's play. I also love the clarity of the screen.

Summary: I have been a PC user for many years. I would never go back now. As far as customer service is concerned, I have found that some of the men have a poor command of English and are not as efficient as the women, who are really tops!
