"Near perfect product for an average PC user"
Pros: Uses Apple's signiture Mac OS X, will probably never fail its user, doesn't take up space, and it's shiny.
Cons: Not a gamer friendly PC and it's relatively expensive for a computer that merely plays DVDs and other usual tasks. Limited hardware upgrade path.

"long time pc user now mac forever. just do it"
Pros: ive ran windows based machines forever and finally got sick of the crashes the spyware and the lag they often get. not a glitch in the 3 months ive owned the mac and still learning to use it.nothing about it so far i dont like.awesome machine(fast)
Cons: wireless keyboard and mouse would of been nice as standard rather then optional extra and bigger graphics card but not a real isue the 256 runs well.also only 90 day service back up support standard should be at least one yaer one would think.

"It's a great machine - 0 issues"
Pros: I have a 24 inch screen 2.4ghz imac purchased when it first come out about 2 years ago. I use it everyday and never have had any hardware issues - any software glitches were quickly resolved. My g4 cube is 12 yrs old and still running also.
Cons: Once in awhile because the rest of the world is windows - I can't open something without switching to PC mode.But this is very rare - I use my mac for photo and video so in these areas the mac is clearly a superior product.
