Apple iMac Core 2 Duo (20-inch, 2.16GHz)

Summary: After a great deal of deliberation, I finally made the switch to a Mac and I couldn't be happier. I can't see any reason for ever going back to a pc. In my opinion, the operating system is so much easier to use it's almost ridiculous. It is a great deal more user friendly and intuitive. The display itself is outstanding, and the productivity applications are incredible. Some specialized applications may still have an issue with compatibility, but their number is shrinking. Furthermore, virtually any component that connects through a USB port, such as a printer or digital camera, is compatible.
I will concede that in maintaining document and presentation compatibility with the rest of the world I have installed the Mac version of Microsoft Office, and have had no problems with it. I also acknowledge that if you're a computer gamer (which I'm not) this may not be the system for you. There are a growing number of games available for the Mac, but they are still somewhat limited. Anyway, if you're in the market for a home computer I highly recommed taking a look at the Mac.
