"It is what it is"
4.0 starson by EccentricLuiPros: Very versatile, dosn't do on thing great but can handle alot of things fairly well, great design.
Cons: Poor 32MB Graphics card, minimum expandablity
Summary: The Mac Mini is designed for PC switchers who just want a Mac to get on the internet, do light WP, DVD playback, etc. The mini can also handle final cut pro and some of the more heavy cpu/gpu software, just not like the iMac or Power Mac.
This is my first experience with the Apple and it has been overall a good one. The mini is affordable and allows the user to use most of OS X. I use the mini for surfing the internet, playing video games, dvd playback, light photo editing and playing and burning music. The Mini handles all these task well without a lot of loading time. It's fast for a 1.25 G4 and 512MB of ram is enough to multi task. My biggest gripe is the 32MB graphics card that comes with it is way underpowered, even though I know Apple didn't intend the mini as a gaming machine 32MB should be illegal that is the bare minimum to run the most meager of games.
Overall I would recommend the mini to everyone, I think no household should be w/o at least one Mac and the mini would be a perfect addtion to a home network or like me a good first Mac.

although it does have the capablity to play games it was never intended for that kind a use. it was made to get WinXP users to switch to Mac OSX. impressing them with its nice looks compactness, and software. NOT for its graphics card.
