    "CROOKS & LIARS"

    Pros: OK if you dont mind product that is delivered not functioning

    Cons: Tech and repair numbers dont work - they put you on hold then disconnect u after 10 minutes

    Summary: AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. THEY ARE TERRIBLE. The summary of my long and miserable story is that 6 weeks after payment, after delivery of a non functioning computer, perhaps 20 to 30 hours on the phone with cyperSCAM - a week of trying to get through customer service lines that one sales rep admits are BROKEN - I have no computer and I am waiting for a $1300 refund. If I ever get my money back (and I think I might not) this company insists on keeping $50 because it is company policy to charge shipping. STAY AWAY
