"cyberpower abysmal customer service"
Pros: cheap computer systems - well configured
Cons: abysmal customer service
Summary: I purchased a Cyberpower 7500 tower and the price was right. Great price for the components.
But if you can't troubleshoot all your own issues (and some may be serious) I would adivse you to spend more and purchase from a different company.
They do NOT have 24/7 tech support.
I called repeatedly (speed dial) from 7pm -9 pm on 3 different occasions and never got an answer (rings for 1 minute then goes to voice mail), left several messages and never got a response. E-mailed and got no response.
I did get through to a receptionist during normal business hours and after 20 minutes was transferred to a surly tech help guy who did answer my questions but left me questioning his honesty and my decision to buy a cyberpower pc.
It was a good deal for the price but if you can't trust what's in the box and can't verify it yourself, buy somewhere else
