"CYBERHACKS!"
Pros: I've learned alot about restart loops and other computer nightmares
Cons: Money spent for aggravation and customer antagonism, not customer service
Summary: I received my computer with problems right out the box, as it would intermitantly go into a retart loop. Tech support was extremely difficult to get thru to... and had me looking for every possible scenario of how the problem could be on my end, i.e. viruses, compatibility issue, modem or connection problems, blah, blah, blah. 3 weeks of pulling my hair out and they concede it's a RAM defect, and I'm now waiting another 7-10 days for the replacement part! Customer service arrogant and unconcerned about my dissatisfaction! Obviously 24 hour bench testing claim is lie if customers are receiving machines with defective RAM out of the box (see user opinion "DO NOT BUY A CYBERPOWER" dated JAN 30, 2007).
Look folks, if your taking the time to read these reviews, than you obviouly are looking to make an intelligent decision as an informed consumer...so consider yourself informed and warned!!!
Look for another company that has their #@*!
together before you throw away your hard earned cash.
